SUMMER 10 WEEK STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Our 10 week summer programis an indivualized strength and conditioning plan devised by our coaches. Each athlete will go through our detailed Assessment process to identify your injury potential. We determine shoulder stability & strength ratios; knee tracking & stability; as well as your  lower back health & flexibility through  barrage of testing appropriately termed Upper and Lower Body Structural Balance Testing.

During the initial assessment we will also compare your overall lowerbody Strength versus Explosiveness. Through years of experience working with professional, Amateur, College, High School and Youth athletes we have developed the most effective program for developing individual strength and explosiveness in the shortest amount of time.

All types of athletes have been through our programs from Indy Car Drivers & NFL Prospects  to Top Level Youth Soccer & Hockey Players. The end result is always the same, 100% success-100% satisfaction!
