Triple Threat Challenge

The Triple Threat Challenge is a 12-Week fitness program that consists of strength conditioning, nutritional education and weight loss cardio. The program is designed to optimize your body’s potential and maximize your health by building lean muscle, losing weight, improving nutrition, and improving your sleep. We will be working with you on corrective exercises that will relieve pain in your lower back, hips, and knees. Work-outs will be held every Monday and Wednesday for three consecutive months from 5:00pm to 6:30pm.
