About the Brown Strength & Conditioning Coaches:
With over 10 years of experience providing exercise prescription, nutritional education and sport-specific training programs, Aaron Brown has perfected techniques that improve sports performance. Aaron and his coaching staff have developed successful programs for a variety of athletes at the high school, collegiate and national levels. 
Aaron M. Brown, MS, CSCS, USAW
Hometown: Syracuse, NY
With over 10 years providing exercise prescription, nutritional education, and sport specific training programs in several different settings, Aaron has most recently opened Brown Strength & Conditioning Complex in Raleigh. As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist Aaron has had the privilege of working along side several of the top strength & conditioning coaches in the United States as well as Canada.
Aaron has spent over a decade perfecting techniques and developing successful programs for a variety of athletes at the High School, Collegiate and National levels including Soccer, Lacrosse, Hockey, Golf, Wrestling, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Track & Field and Baseball. Currently Aaron works with athletes attending many colleges including Belmont Abbey, Ohio University, Syracuse University, Sewanee, The University of Tennessee, UNC Chapel Hill, High Point, The University of Denver, North Carolina State University, Mount Olive, Virginia Commonwelth University, Drexel, Princeton, UNC Wilmintoin, Davidson.
Aaron and his wife Suzanne live in Wake Forest with their daughter Joslyn.
Creed Jackson Williams, BS, CSCS, USAW
jackson recieved his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Sport Administration from Guilford College. This year he completed his NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Jackson has been certified with IFTA as a Certified Personal Trainer for the past two years. Jackson’s finished his collegiate football career atGuilford College in 2009 after playing Division I at East Carolina University from 2003-2005.
Rob Shooks, BS, CSCS, USAW
Rob Shooks is a native of Northern MI and an ‘07 graduate of Hope College in Holland MI where he majored in Exercise Science. Upon graduation Rob and his wife Mishelle moved to Tennessee where he began training high school and college level athletes for a year. He then took a internship with the Oakland Athletics and was named the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Kane County Cougars, a Class A semi-pro baseball team outside of Chicago Il. Upon completion of his internship Rob and Mishelle moved to the Raleigh area where he took another internship at North Carolina State University for the spring semester. He currently works with the Baseball, Men’s Basketball, Men’s & Women’s Soccer, Wrestling, Men’s & Women’s Tennis as well as the Cheer team at NC State. Along with his Bachelors degree Rob is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and USA Weightlifting as a Sports Performance Coach and is currently working toward another certification with the NSCA as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach (TSAC).
