What Do Our Athletes Say

Bob Harris, Dad

My daughter is a 16 year old soccer player with the Triangle Futbal Club. At a recent game she was just trudging along, two defenders holding her jersey inside the 18 and took a shot anyway.

The referee was just smiling.  He went over after  the play and said something to my daughter then, and pulled the back of his shirt. He was just saying that she appeared to have advantage in that situation so he did not whistle the play. Brown Strength & Conditioning has really changed her game, she dominates in most game situations.

Ryan, Category 4 Cyclist
“I decided to seek out specialized coaching as I became more competitive in criterium and road racing. The Structural Balance Assessment that the coaches at Brown Strength & Conditioning put me through helped identify my weaknesses right away and I am training better than ever. I am looking forward to competing at the next level this season!”

“The progress I made at Brown Strength & Conditioning following a serious injury has been fantastic. Having been unfamiliar with strength training when I came from rehab, I am consistently impressed by the effectiveness through every phase of my training. Thank you!”

Training with Aaron at Brown Strength & Conditioning all summer helped me get in peak strength and conditioning fitness so that I could go into pre-season in August with the ability and confidence to compete. I had the highest score on every preseason fitness test that the team performed.”

“In one years time I was able to put on over 20 pounds of muscle mass. I am stronger, quicker and more explosive than I have ever been in the goal. I am looking forward to getting to college and playing at the next level.”

After the spring semester I was conditioned but still about 15 pounds overweight. I needed to find someone that could get me ready for the fall soccer season and I didn’t have much time. In just eight weeks time training with Aaron at Brown Strength & Conditioning I had  lost about twenty pounds and both my dynamic & static  vertical jump improved 4 & 6 inches. As a goalie my ability to jump is crucial!!”

“After finishing my senior year at Cary Academy I wanted to get an evaluation to see where I could make some improvements to my flexibility, speed, strength and balance. I new Coach Brown from Cary Academy  when he was training teams in the weight room there so I looked him up. I found that the Structural Balance Assessment he was offering was exactly what I needed to make the necessary improvements I required to play lacrosse at the next level.”
